Our charter experts were contacted by the organisers of a high-profile pop star’s world tour, who tasked us with flying 83 crew members between concerts in Thailand, India and South Korea. With the passengers needed in three different countries on three consecutive days, timings were tight, so an aircraft charter was the best way to keep them on schedule. We got to work on a solution.

The client had requested an airliner with all-executive seating, so we reached out to our operator contacts and arranged the charter of an A321 thanks to its luxury all business class configuration.
Knowing it can be tricky to secure permits in Thailand and India, we obtained the necessary documents from the client and liaised with our local offices to expedite the process.
We remained flexible to the client’s changing requirements, leveraging our relationship with the airline to accommodate several date changes and sourcing an additional Gulfstream G550 private jet when extra passengers were added to the travel list at short notice.
