A luxury travel agent asked us to help fly six passengers from Los Angeles to the Las Vegas Grand Prix in November 2023. The request came in the day before the race and there were no airport slots left in Las Vegas at such short notice, so our team needed to pull out all the stops in order to arrange the last-minute charter.
Our Solution
Route: Van Nuys > Henderson
Aircraft: Beechcraft Premier IA
With no FBO slots left at any of the airports serving Las Vegas, our only option was to use a locally-based aircraft.
Reaching out to our contacts in the region, we sourced a Beechcraft Premier IA that was based at Henderson Executive Airport.
On arrival, the passengers deboarded at the operator’s hangar and were shuttled straight to their onward transfer to the racetrack.
